Disclaimer for Spiritual Faya Sculptures by Maksy Wolda
Foreword:
Spiritualfaya project is my personal spiritual journey marked with materializations of spiritual energies (or stories that I get from my teachers). Most of the objects I present is not for sell. In my inner work they function as kind of shamanic drums, altars, innerspaceships, temples and transformers of self. Such ceramic dairy is too personally charged for exchange. And they are not dead , they are unfolding all the time, being alive more and more , and telling startling tales.
But perhaps in future some of my sculptures (without such engagement from my side) will be ready to find another keeper. So here are some points for interested in closer encounter with my art.

All presented objects should be treated as sculptures. Other (pipe) functionality is only a part of form research (and technical challenge for me) and should be only treated as such.
I don`t recommend using any drugs and misusing any of plants. Also I don`t take any responsibility for misusing my sculptures in ways other then sculptures.
All descriptions should be treated as spiritual poetic science fiction stories – not recommendations for anything.
Anyway this pipe or waterpipe functionality should be working correctly (and perhaps even quite good), but some of the sculptures need discipline, practice and patience (eg they need specific way of holding or cleaning ). Ask me if interested.
Sculptures are made of clay and glaze. They were burned a few times in temp around 1000 C. They are glazed internally with transparent healthy glaze (and sometimes other but also safe). But I don`t take any responsibility for any health damage caused by my sculptures.
Some of sculptures have internal forms, brakewaters and special writings on walls of inner chambers. I do this for spiritual reasons. Not all , but some have extra stuff inside. But you won`t know because I don`t keep record of it. It is kind of surprise after breaking.
Sculptures are ceramic and fragile. I don`t take any responsibility for breaking or cracking. Anyway sculptures are made with intention of breaking them. Like Mandalas. If one will break story is like that it is for healing somebody. Perhaps you will know who or what it has fixed perhaps not. You condense your mental energy flows during meditation on sculpture and if it breaks this condensed “energ-org” energy will pump into some situation. Change some story for better. You can tell me after if you find out how. But intention is clear – sculptures are to be broken one day after charging it with your flows of spiritual inner energy. This is spiritualfaya.
Sculptures are unique, singular handmade objects form clay and are unpredictable (that is their beauty) how mother earth will behave in time span. So rarely but there can appear cracks or changes in color. I don`t take responsibility for changing of sculptures during time.
If anything happens – sculpture breaks , cracks appear – you can contact me and ask if I am able fix and reglze it. But this is diffrent story. If the sculpture has been bought I will probably charge extra money for it. Being healer of pipes 😉
All packing and shipping will be discussed case by case and extra charged.
Sometimes pictures can differ from original object. If you are so picky you can ask me how much.
I ask you, with all my “artistic” heart, if you have obtained my sculpture – keep dairy, book of fire – because intention of my sculpter is not even being a sculpture but being a story . So you should accept the obligation to write down all stories, all associations, all names, that are appearing during your work with it. This is for your discipline, respect for inner voice and process catalysation. And also one day I would like to read them and understand how the have story continued.
So if you accept this disclaimer all is clear.
